A Brooklyn, New York couple, Milt and Sadie Freeman, have been waiting for weeks for a priest, Father Pat, to arrive with a truck and take away a large donation of clothing and other items that he says will be distributed to the needy. When Father Pat finally arrives with a loaded truck, saying he was in the neighborhood and just wanted to see what kind of load they had, Milt is furious and becomes hostile. The frightened priest has no choice but to go along with Milt's strange behavior.
