An absurd look at two down-and-out bums, Tom and Nick, as they attempt to make their daily soup. First they must find the pot, and since they have no ingredients they can't make the soup. Nick has invited his friend, Harry, to spend some time with them until he can find a job. Harry is delighted with the hospitality and contributes to the making of the soup.
