The most distinguishing characteristic to a Senior Quarters home is its people.

Each comes to Senior Quarters with a heart for service to seniors that is apparent in their commitment to and compassion for the needs of their residents every day.

Once they become a Senior Quarters team member, they are given all the training and support they need to provide the best care possible and to develop deep and lasting relationships with the residents they serve.

All of Senior Quarters personal care and nursing services are provided by Senior Quarters employees who are under the direction of Senior Quarters Director of Health Services, a full-time licensed nurse, also employed by Senior Quarters. At Senior Quarters, our Health Safety Net provides you meaningful choices as well as flexible, convenient and quality services to meet your health and personal care needs.

Our team members are selected for their heart for service to seniors because senior care is truly a calling. Their professional skills are fine-tuned through Senior Quarters' intensive Five-Star Training Program.

The program covers care basics, Alzheimer's care, communication skills, CPR and first aid certification, medication awareness and management skills. Our exceptional team members are retained and rewarded with competitive wages and benefits, stock options, opportunities for advancement and ongoing recognition.

Senior Quarters employs 39 associates who provide services to 110 residents. The staff is directed by a licensed administrator. Our team includes: Nursing, Activities, Housekeeping, Dietary and Maintenance staff, managed by certified department heads. Staff are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
