Berman Class Law is a law firm dedicated to prosecuting class action lawsuits on behalf of consumers and investors. Berman Class Law professionals come from many different professional backgrounds. They include attorneys as members of the firm and of counsel and also a team of investigators, as well as an in-house CPA with expertise in forensic accounting and financial analysis. The Firm has documented its work on behalf of individuals and its investigative efforts. The firm pioneered the class action litigation against Lance Armstrong and FRS Energy currently pending in federal court in Los Angeles in the Middle District of California (Robert Martin, et al. v. FRS Company et al., 2:13-cv-01456, Middle Dist. CA); and also currently represents 1200 former and current employees of the Long Beach Medical Center in a case brought by the Firm in the NY Supreme Court against the hospital and its CEO, Douglas Melzer, for withholding wages for benefits due these employees (Elaine J. Peck, et al. v. Long Beach Medical Center, et al., Index No 13-014734, Sup. Ct. NY).

About Our Managing Attorney
Attorney Michael Berman has been practicing law since 1997, and is experienced in all aspects of class action litigation. Mr. Berman graduated and received his J.D. degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and he received a BS in Economics degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the Wharton Business School.
Prior to starting and managing Berman Class Law, Mr. Berman worked at several high profile class action and commercial litigation law firms. He is admitted to practice law under the laws of the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Berman is also admitted to practice law in federal court in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In addition, Mr. Berman is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the American Society of Inventors.
